United States Air Force Selects HP For Digital Printing And Imaging Initiative

HP today announced that the United States Air Force issued a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement for HP single-function and multifunction printers and consumables for its Digital Printing and Imaging initiative (DPI).

The Air Force’s DPI initiative is based on five key elements of its imaging and printing environment, including savings, security, standardization, simplification and streamlining. The new five-year agreement reconfirmed trust in HP’s proven ability to assess and manage imaging and printing devices and processes on a global scale.

Previously, HP received a Blanket Purchase Agreement for DPI in 2008.

Products that will be distributed as part of the contract include multifunction printers like the HP LaserJet Enterprise M4555fskm, HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow M680z, HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow M880z, HP Color LaserJet Enterprise 775z, HP Digital Sender Flow 8500 fn1.

The HP single function printers selected by the Air Force include the HP LaserJet Enterprise P3015dn Printer, HP LaserJet Enterprise 600 Printer M 603dn, HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 color Printer M551dn, HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M651dn Printer.
