The Steam-Powered Slow Moving Strenco ST-2 Robot
June 8th 2009 06:53
Always imagined that one day, the Earth will be conquered by the gigantic robot from outer space? (Ok, it sounds like the Arabian folklore, 1001 Nights! lol )
If you think that it’s a waste to use batteries to operate the robot, then this Strenco St-2 robot can be the one that you’re looking for so long…
For your information, Strenco ST-2 is a robot that using the steam power, instead of the AA batteries.
If you want to get it to fully powered and walking, you must first flip his head off and pour in some water into it. After it, light the miniature fire within the robot’s belly. Ta-da, the robot is walking toward your direction.
Although this STRENCO ST-2 robot is lack of useful features, and walks at the speed of a tortoise, (I think it even slower than a snail!) but it’s a limited edition and it has only 300 all across the world. Of course, the price is a little bit expensive ($600 per robot) too!
