The Reason Why I Loved Knoppix More Than Windows!

I’ve been a Windows user since fourteen years ago, where the Window 95 was my first computer operating system. Honestly, I was overexcited, as I owned my first computer for the first time in life! I spent over 6 hours daily to learn how to use the computer. Well, in less than three days, I’ve mastered all the basic skills of the computer, including the Windows operating system as well!
Time flies by, and the Microsoft Windows have been rapidly changed in the past fourteen years. Honestly, I tried every Windows version, from the Windows 1.01 to the latest Windows XP Professional x64 Edition. Frankly, Window Vista is the most terrible that ever released in all the Window versions! I’ve encountered many difficulties and I really losing my temper on this version.
Although the Windows XP Professional x64 Edition is not that bad, but its defense against the unexpected attacks, such as malware, adware, spyware and Trojan viruses are very vulnerable. Sometimes, even the best antivirus software is unable to detect or delete the viruses away from the computer. In this case, the last thing that we can do here is format the corrupted hard disk and reprograms the memory again!
Honestly, it’s Ok to perform the above method, if you’ve bought a brand new hard disk. However, when you’re doing it over and over again (Maybe two to three times per month), trust me, as you’ll start to be frustrating about it!
About three months ago, my friend, Freddie had recommended me to use the Knoppix. He said that he have been very tired about the Windows and decided to change it to Knoppix. For your information, Knoppix is an operating system, which is based on Debian GNU/Linux. It used the Linux kernel/GNU OS tools, and it can run directly from a bootable CD/DVD.
Thanks to Klaus Knopper, the founder of Knoppix, the Knoppix users can easily load the Knoppix operating system from a USB flash drive or memory card without any hassle. Hence, we don’t need to install any data on the hard disk in physical form!
Furthermore, the best part about using Knoppix operating system is we’re free from the risk of getting any harmful computer viruses, as the nasty viruses will be gone, once we’re switching off the bootable Knoppix CD/DVD. Sounds like a very cool feature, isn’t it?
