Techno Stuffs - by shaheer

The Rapid Development of Information Technology

October 8th 2009 05:02
This is what I heard, when I picked up the phone, “Help me, Wilson…!” Gosh, my eardrum was almost exploded, as the person at the other side is shouting madly!

“Take it easy, Kenneth. And, please control your voice a little bit, as I cannot withstand with your lousy shout!”

“Sorry, pal. I didn’t mean to do it, but I really need your help right now!”

“Ok. So, what do you want me to do this time?”

“You have know that I’ve working in an IT company for the past five years. However, the company is now facing some crisis, and they would like to look for some new alternative sources.”

“Oh, I didn’t really get your point here. Would you please elaborate it further?”

“Well, I knew that you’re good in tasks searching, that’s why I would like you to do me a favor here…”

After a proper asking, Kenneth mentioned that his company is currently in the outsource stage, where they are outsourcing for IT projects. The only problem is they are not expert in outsourcing, hence Kenneth is trying his luck drop me a call here!

Honestly, Kenneth is very lucky, as I’ve been in outsourcing company, before I changed my job into a high school teacher. Although it’s only a short six months period, but I did learned many useful outsourcing tips, especially for the IT stuff.

For you information, IT is a short acronym of “Information Technology”. It’s a very wide niche, as it encompass many aspects of computing and technology, from the computer networks and information databases to the data management and computer hardware/software design.

Honestly, IT is one of the most rapidly growing industries in the 21st century, especially in the BRIC countries (Note: BRIC is referred to Brazil, Russia, India and China). Many big IT corporate had built their branch companies in these fantastic four countries!

I gave some suggestion to Kenneth that it’s a wise choice to outsource their potential IT customers in these countries, as there will be more opportunities than other did. Well, Kenneth did take my advice and he was quite happy with the solution.

I wish him all the best…
