The Important of Laser Printer and Fax Machine in Our Daily Life!
August 25th 2009 10:30
We’re all living in the globalization and technological era, where everything is moving in the speed of light without boundaries. The rapidly growing of modern globalization, especially after World War II had led to many drastically changes in human race history!
In this case, many people have decided to open up their own company, as they don’t want the opportunity slipping through their fingers! Honestly, it’s very good to start up our own company, but you have to make sure that you’re well prepared, before you jump into the bandwagon!
My friend, Carrie, who was a former high school teacher, had been retired from her previous job. She decided to open up a new high school tuition center in the nearby area. Well, she’d called me and asked for my help. As a colleague, I have no reason to reject her invitation!
So, I met her in the local diner. She told me if I could do her a favor. I replied, “My pleasure”. She knew I’m an expert in the technology and gadget stuffs, so she asked me to give her some opinion about the printer and fax machine!
I answered her that it’s highly related with your personal needs on the daily basis. Let’s say, if you have to print a lot (Maybe over hundreds of copies) of notes to the students, then the monochrome laser printers would be the best option. On the other hand, if you’re preferred to photocopy the notes in a more colorful and attractive ways, the color laser printers are the ideal choice for sure! However, the printing cost of color notes/documents is definitely higher than the black and white notes did.
Furthermore, I advised Carrie not to forget the fax machine, as it’s necessary to fax the important/confidential documents to the parents, banks or stationery suppliers!
We spent a great evening together and Carrie got the useful advice that she’s looking for. She thanked me several times in the diner. Beside that, she’s also persuaded me to join her tuition center as a partner. In this case, I didn’t reject her directly, but said I’ll consider it and let her know my final decision in the end of this week…
