If you’re a restaurant owner, there are many things that you need to take care with, such as the marketing, advertising, promotion, human resource, financial and so on…
Well, beside that the restaurant’s image and packaging are the important aspects too! I bet you wouldn’t dare to open your restaurant or diner without even a proper renovation and decoration, right?
I was always wondering that the waiter/waitress is also one of the important assets of a restaurant/diner. Thus, it’s our duty to train them with all the serving manners. However, we’re born to make mistakes and sometimes, the tray maybe slip away from the waiter/waitress hand and there is nothing much we can do than an embarrassing moment!
