In America or European Countries, there are many people who living in the trailer house. The best part about the trailer house is the owner can move his/her house to anywhere they want, just by driving it to the idea location!
The Clayton Homes’ has come out with a new house concept. It known as “i-house”. Basically, the “i-house” is in the basic rectangular form, and built with a distinctive yet edgy v-shaped roofline. Beside that, it combined with energy efficiency and luxury appointments.
i-house is considered as the ‘green house’, as it equipped with solar panels and other energy-saving products. Believe it or not, the total estimated costs for electricity and heating is only about US$1 per day, if you’re building this i-house in place that full with sunshine throughout the year!
According to the company, a 1,000-square-foot of i-house is priced from US$100,000 to US$130,000. It came with a well-furnished two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dry and wet kitchen and a living room with IKEA furniture. It had opened up for sale in The United States since May 9, 2009.
Honestly, I loved the i-house’s designation, especially the second-story deck, which is covered by a sail-like canopy style. It gives me a feeling like sailing in the middle of Pacific Ocean…
